What makes your products different from others on the market?


Our products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. We don't use harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and unnecessary additives, focusing on pure, effective formulations that nourish your skin and body.

Are your products always the same, or do they vary?


Since we use natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent can occur between batches. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Unlike mass-produced skincare, our small-batch approach ensures you’re getting fresh, carefully crafted products every time.

My balm is harder than usual. Is that normal?


Yes! Because we use natural butters and waxes without artificial softeners, the texture of your balm can change depending on the temperature. In colder weather, the balm may feel firmer. Simply warm a small amount between your fingers, and it will soften for easy application.

How do I use the balm?


Scoop out a small amount using clean fingers or a spatula. Warm it between your hands until it melts, then massage it into your skin. A little goes a long way! For best results, apply to clean, dry skin.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?


Many of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle, nourishing ingredients. However, as everyone's skin is different, we always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product.

Why is patch testing important?


Even natural ingredients can cause reactions in some individuals, especially essential oils. To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, the product should be safe for use. If you experience redness, itching, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.

Are your products safe for people with allergies?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We do have a variety of vegan-friendly products, except for those that contain beeswax or honey. We never test on animals and only source ingredients from ethical suppliers.

How should I store my products?


Store balms, butters, and oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural products may soften in warm conditions but will return to normal when cooled. If your product melts, simply place it in the fridge to solidify again without affecting its quality.

How do I use the Magnesium Spray?


Spray directly onto the skin and massage in. Some tingling may occur initially, which is normal and should subside with regular use. Avoid applying to broken or freshly shaved skin.

How often should I use the Scar Balm?


For best results, apply 2–3 times daily to clean skin. Gently massage in to improve absorption and circulation.

Can I use the Anti-Aging Face Oil if I have oily skin?


Yes! Our blend of lightweight oils, including jojoba and castor oil, helps balance the skin's natural oil production without clogging pores.

Will the Beard Balm make my beard greasy?


No, our beard balm is designed to condition and style your beard without leaving a greasy residue. Use a small amount and work it through evenly for a healthy shine.

What’s the difference between the Beard Balm and Beard Oil?


Beard Balm provides conditioning and light hold for styling, while Beard Oil deeply hydrates and softens both the beard and the skin underneath.

Can I use the Hair Serum on my scalp?
